When Platinum President Veronica Jolivette challenged our team to take advantage of her Transform 90 contest, winner receiving $1000. I knew I could win it, using our T90 System.
I start my day by putting on my Abdo shirt, then a Nutrishake smoothie before I exercise. I have a healthy snack before my Nutrishake smoothie at lunch, followed by another healthy snack before dinner.
For dinner I have a balanced meal, I eat my last snack before my night exercises. Daily I consume lots of water, and the recommended amounts of Green Le’vive, Multi Plus, Thermogen Tea, and Green 29.

In August of 2009, another devastating blow, I suffered a mild stroke while working out at the gym. It was in the hospital that I found out that I weighed 421 pounds. I was unable to know my weight before because none of the scales I used went passed 400. It was at this point that I became desperate to lose the weight by any means. I was starting to have nightmares of dying from being so large. I went to a bariatric seminar in attempts to have the gastric bypass; however, my insurance denied the claim.
